# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They look impossibly fancy but come together in under 30 minutes of actual work.
  • One bite disappears into pure creamy cookie bliss with zero pretension required.
02 -
  • Frozen truffles are non-negotiable—they're what prevent your chocolate coating from sliding off and your filling from squishing out the sides.
  • Oil-based or gel food coloring is the difference between silky smooth chocolate and grainy, separated mess that looks sad and tastes worse.
03 -
  • If your melted chocolate gets too thick for dipping, microwave it for just 10 seconds—a little fluidity makes all the difference.
  • Gold sugar mixed with green sprinkles catches light like nothing else and turns these from pretty into absolutely magical looking.
