02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), hulled and sliced if needed

04 - 2/3 cup granola (use gluten-free if needed)
05 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
06 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Line a rimmed baking sheet approximately 9 x 13 inches with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.
03 - Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to a uniform thickness of about 1/2 inch.
04 - Distribute berries evenly across the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle granola, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the berries as desired.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt with the back of a spoon or spatula to help adhere.
07 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until fully set and firm.
08 - Break the frozen bark into pieces and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
